Circuit Considerations

Caution:
For high speed applications, and applications involving external lever arm reactions, considerations must be given to a typical hydraulic system that includes the use of cross-over relief valves to eliminate excess pressure build-up in the Flo-Tork actuator should the operator try to stop the load by closing the discharge valve completely. An alternate method would be to install accumulators or other devices to absorb the hydraulic shock. See additional caution note on Rotary Formulas.
